Join Sensei Sean Murphy and Ven. Lani Banner for a day of meditation, reflection, and joyful connection. This zazenkai (day of practice) invites participants to deepen their sitting practice, open the heart, and rediscover joy in the midst of everyday life. The day includes morning meditation periods with dokusan (individual meetings) offered by Sensei Sean, and concludes with an evening session led by Lani that includes a formal chanting service.
At the heart of the day is a Joy Workshop (10 am - 1 pm Mountain Time), where Sean and Lani will offer a Dharma talk, guided meditations on joy, and opportunities for shared practice and community connection.
