A day of meditation offers what everyday life so often withholds: uninterrupted space to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with what truly matters. In the quiet, peace and clarity can reemerge -- qualities often buried beneath the noise of constant doing. With sustained silence and mindful presence, the body moves out of stress and reactivity and into a state of rest, regulation, and renewal. This dedicated time becomes a powerful reset for both mind and body.
We hope you'll join Zendo without Walls for our first Zazenkai — also known as a day of practice. Whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner or a member of a different spiritual path (or no spiritual path) -- all are welcome! Because we have people from all over the globe, this event will take place via Zoom.
Here is our tentative schedule; all times are Mountain Time:

8:00 AM-12:00 PM: Zazen, Kinhin, Teisho, Chanting Service
