Instructor Jenn Wood has worked with adults and youth in diverse educational settings for 30+ years as a teacher, workshop facilitator, mentor, researcher, and public historian. She is committed to helping people find more ease in daily life through mindfulness and meditation practice, especially those in helping professions.

Jenn received medical treatment for burnout 10+ years ago and committed herself to meditation and mindfulness practices, which supported her wellbeing differently than how she’d taken care of herself before the burnout. Most of her days include a mix of practice, paid and unpaid work, nature, movement, rest, creativity, learning, and connecting with others.
