We will be going LIVE on this Facebook page at 5:30pm Mountain Time (7:30pm Eastern, 6:30pm Central, 4:30pm Pacific) for a special free community meditation session guided by Sensei Sean! Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, you are welcome to join. Instruction will be provided.

Simply visit our Facebook page at the appropriate time to watch the live stream. Donations are not required to join the meditation session; all are welcome!
