Diving Deeper Online Meditation Challenge Begins

Meditation invites us to be present. Deep practice invites us to be transformed.

Diving Deeper begins on July 12! Join us for a 7-week online meditation challenge exploring contemplative practices that invite us to engage more deeply with our lives. Three times each week, you'll receive a new guided meditation or contemplative exercise delivered directly to your inbox. Practice on your own time in the comfort of your own home — as many times as you’d like. 

These practices go beyond simple mindfulness. Together, we'll work with practices that cultivate greater embodiment, resilience, and intimacy with our lived experience. Topics include hara practice, susokan and the extended outbreath, felt sense awareness, skillfully working with physical pain, anger, grief, and joy, and conclude with contemplations on death and impermanence.

While these practices invite us into deeper dimensions of contemplative work, everyone is welcome. Whether you are relatively new to meditation or have practiced for many years, you’re welcome to engage these teachings in ways that support and challenge you.

These practices invite us beyond ideas and into direct experience – meeting life as it unfolds with curiosity, courage, and compassion.
