Free Virtual Community Practice Sessions

Every Tuesday, 12pm – 1:30pm Mountain Time, Sage Institute founder and Executive Director Sensei Sean Murphy will lead a live virtual practice session: 10 minutes of qi gong, 30 minutes of seated meditation, 10 minutes of walking meditation, and about 35 minutes of discussion/Q&A. All are welcome to join these sessions! It’s okay if you don’t make the entire session — you’re welcome to stay for as long or as briefly as you’d like. These live meditation practice sessions are a wonderful way to practice with community and ask any questions you might have. Wednesdays with Taos Mountain Sangha

We invite you to join us at the Taos Mountain Sangha evening sits every Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 7:45 pm. At these sessions, Sean Murphy speaks twice a month, Sage Institute teacher Julie Tato speaks once a month, and other highly qualified and inspiring meditation teachers speak at other times.

Every Thursday for Be Meditation, Sensei Sean Murphy leads a 45-minute Zen-style meditation at 9:30 am Mountain Time, and you’re welcome to join! He will also be hosting a dharma talk on Saturday, March 27th from 12pm to 1pm Mountain.  Please note that you must make an account and register for the class in advance in order to attend — the link to join the virtual session will be sent via email.
